HANDSET RETURN POLICY (excluding iPhone):
You can receive a refund or 1 exchange within 30 days from purchase with this receipt and original packaging. To receive a full refund or exchange, merchandise should be in like-new condition with no visible damage. A $25 re-stocking fee will be charged for each missing component. All handsets must be returned to original place of purchase. Charges for wireless services, features, activation fees, taxes and surcharges are not refundable, transferable, exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
IPHONE POLICY:
New Apple-branded equipment is covered by Apple's one-year limited warranty; AT&T does not support warranty exchanges. iPhone devices cannot be insured through Asurion. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned handsets. For repair or replacement of iPhone device, contact Apple by visiting an Apple store, calling 800-MY-IPHONE, or visiting the Apple Support Website. This device cannot be swapped out in an AT&T location.
ACCESSORY RETURN POLICY:

To receive a full refund or exchange, merchandise should be in like-new condition with no visible damage. A $25 re-stocking fee will be charged for each missing component. You can exchange accessory 1 time in the first 30 days for equal or greater value. All Accessories (excluding Otterbox and 2Wire modems) carry a 90 day warranty for manufacturer’s defects.
All cash refunds will be returned in the form of a check within 30 days from date of return.
